Davchi is a micro loft residential building where all of the units are designed to allow working professionals to have access to modern real estate on an affordable budget. It offers horizontal and vertical circulation, outdoor gathering space in the sky, and rooftop gardens for edible plants. This is a CRA project, redevelopment program project
